We are very lucky because we don't have to do difficult tasks like hunting for food or walking long distances to get water. Our ancestors had to do these things to survive, and it kept them healthy in both their bodies and minds.
They spent more time doing things and less time thinking about them. Even though it was hard work, it was worth it because they could put food on the table.
However, now we have things like phones, comfortable beds, and lots of food, which make us feel like we don't need to work hard. But that doesn't mean we should go back to living like our ancestors.
Instead, we should make sure that we work hard and earn our food as a reward for our efforts. For example, we can promise ourselves that we won't have dinner until we have achieved three goals for the day.
This way, we will feel motivated and productive, and we will appreciate our food even more.
I’ll see you all in the next blog.
Cheers and love,
Rinki ❤️
