Aging is an undeniable reality, one you only fully grasp as you experience it. In my late teens and early 20s, I held strong worldviews, but they quickly shifted. During my teenage years, I felt invincible, as if I were on top of the world, even immortal. However, life isn't so black and white, and I've learned the hard way that it's more complex. Plans fail, things fall apart, and you encounter people better than you. Despite this, you remain fundamentally yourself. Whether you accept or resist this truth, you don’t change at your core. But if you dwell on negative thoughts about yourself, you can become bitter and unlikeable.
That said, life isn’t meant to be taken so seriously. It’s a fleeting moment in history, meant to be lived, cherished, and enjoyed, either alone or with others. While no one can be absolutely sure about rebirth—despite logical reasoning—there’s always that nagging thought that this life might be the only one. So, it’s best to live authentically, on your own terms, without causing harm, and to spread peace where you can.
I may not hold onto these beliefs by the time I reach my mid life of 30s , but for now, I believe in living genuinely and presenting myself to the world as I truly feel inside. I'm always grateful for what life offers, no matter how much or how little.
Thanks for reading n enjoy your Weekend..
